Occupational therapy built around people

As an independent Occupational Therapist on the Gold Coast, I work alongside adult NDIS participants to navigate challenges, explore opportunities, and identify supports that fit their unique circumstances.

Because no two people need the same thing, even if the situation looks similar on paper.

Gold Coast OT Anja

It would be easy to think OT is about finding answers...

But the best solutions understand the person first

Some people are looking for greater independence.

As your OT, my role is to understand your situation, identify what will make the biggest difference, and help you move forward with confidence.

Listening First

Understanding your priorities, challenges, and circumstances before recommending a path forward.

Practical Solutions

Focusing on supports that work in real life - not just on paper.

Personalised Support

Building recommendations around your goals, your environment, and the life you want to live.

So why OT?

I started my career in the health industry at sixteen and quickly realised that while a diagnosis can provide answers, it's only one part of the story.

What people really want is the support, confidence, and opportunity to continue living a fulfilling life.

For me, OT is all about understanding the whole person - their environment, routines, life and goals - and finding ways to help them overcome barriers and participate in the activities that matter most to them.

Next Chapter OT was built from a simple belief:

A diagnosis doesn't define a person

Every person's story continues to evolve, and there are always new possibilities, goals, and meaningful chapters ahead.

For adults who want a Gold Coast OT who can help them live a fulfilling life, I'm here to help you reach your goals

Drawing on experience in functional assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, and complex seating and positioning, I help people identify practical pathways forward that align with their goals and circumstances.

Let's start with a conversation

You don't need to have all the answers before reaching out.

Whether you're looking for assessments, therapy, equipment recommendations, housing support, or simply a better understanding of your options, support starts with understanding your situation.

As I'm often out in the community working with clients, the easiest way to get in touch is through the contact form below. I'll be in touch as soon as possible.
